These terms govern your use of arcwrite.co and any content services provided by Arcwrite.
The service
Arcwrite provides SEO blog content for B2B SaaS companies. When you submit a project inquiry and pay the invoiced amount, we agree to deliver the specified number of articles within the stated timeframe.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Payment is due upon invoice, before work begins. We accept payment via Stripe and Wise.
Refund policy
If articles one and two do not meet your quality standards — for any reason — you may request a full refund of the entire project fee. Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving articles one and two. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request. After article two is approved (either explicitly or by not requesting a refund within the 5-day window), the remaining articles are delivered and no further refunds are available.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received and the project is delivered, you own all rights to the articles we produce for you. You may publish, edit, and distribute them however you choose. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Each article includes one round of revisions within the project timeline. Revisions are requested via comments in the shared Google Drive folder. Additional revision rounds beyond the included one may be subject to additional fees, agreed upon in advance.
What we need from you
To deliver on time, we need you to complete the intake form honestly and respond to any clarification questions within 48 hours. Delays in your responses may extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
Limitation of liability
Arcwrite provides content writing services. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes from the content we produce. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.
Termination
Either party can end the engagement at any time. If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, we will refund the portion of the project fee corresponding to undelivered articles, minus a reasonable fee for work already completed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at arcwrite.co/terms.
