When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect: your name, company name, company website, email address, and project details you provide. We collect this information because you gave it to us voluntarily to start a project.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run analytics that identify individual visitors. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the work you’ve requested, and send project-related communications. That’s it.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe or Wise. We do not store your payment details on our servers. Stripe and Wise handle payment data under their own privacy policies.

Email

If you submit the contact form, you’ll receive a confirmation email and project-related follow-ups. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.

Data retention

We keep your project information for as long as needed to deliver the work and handle any follow-up. If you want your data deleted, email nora@arcwrite.co and we’ll remove it within 7 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing nora@arcwrite.co.
